Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates for various night shift roles, including warehouse, logistics, and support positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial phone screening to onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify key skill sets required for night operations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the Oakland staffing market and salary benchmarks.
- Represent the company at local job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work flexible night shift hours (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
