Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Science) using various sourcing tools and strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition review to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to drive candidate pipeline generation.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and competitive advantages for our candidates.
- Nurture a network of passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent into the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or account management within a staffing agency or corporate HR environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Long Beach area.
