Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting, from defining job requirements to extending offers and closing hires.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Build and maintain long-term pipelines for key clients and roles.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and market positioning.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, Product, Data, or Sales Engineering preferred).
- Proven track record of placing candidates in mid-to-senior level roles within the technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area technology market and talent landscape.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
