Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, social networking (LinkedIn Recruiter), and networking events to identify passive and active candidates for technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Client & Candidate Relations: Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and with candidates to ensure a positive experience and cultural fit.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Placement Execution: Manage the full placement process, including negotiation of offers, onboarding support, and relationship retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing, with a proven track record of filling roles in IT, Engineering, or specialized sectors.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcelab).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Raleigh tech market and technical skill sets.
- Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a hunger to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
