Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Develop client relationships and provide market insights on compensation trends
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to build inclusive tech teams
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters and conduct training on technical assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/fintech focus
- Proven track record of closing 20+ technical roles annually
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and technical skills assessment
- Advanced knowledge of Omaha's tech ecosystem and talent pools
- ATS certification (e.g., Greenhouse Certified Recruiter)
- Strong data literacy with recruitment metrics analysis experience
