Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at top Las Vegas tech companies
- Leverage Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques and optimize applicant tracking systems
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation packages and closing strategies
- Maintain 90%+ fill rate for assigned requisitions with <30-day average time-to-fill
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Las Vegas or similar market
- Proven track record placing candidates in gaming, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with history of closing 85%+ of qualified candidates
- Technical fluency: understand stack overflow, GitHub, and cloud architecture basics
- Metrics-driven: demonstrate past KPI achievements (source-to-hire ratios, etc.)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the US
