Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social networking) to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical proficiency, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand evolving business needs.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency or retained search environment.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and technical job requirements.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Indianapolis metro area.
