Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software development, IT infrastructure, and data analytics roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise clients in Cleveland's thriving tech corridor
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche platforms
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and community outreach
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in staffing agency environments
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent for roles like DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Data Science
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for complex technical positions
- Track record of exceeding KPIs including fill rates and time-to-hire metrics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
