Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Product Management).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job mapping to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search and social networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Consult with hiring managers to define technical requirements and success metrics.
- Close deals and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, commission-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
