Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, DevOps, and Software Engineering roles
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build and maintain relationships with Boston's top engineering talent
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring requirements and market compensation
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical assessment methodologies
- Present market intelligence and salary benchmarking reports to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Boston-based companies
- Expert knowledge of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and software development stacks
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative approach to client partnerships
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise ATS platforms
- Active membership in Boston Tech Recruiters Network preferred
