Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize job descriptions
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competencies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey with exceptional communication
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to hiring processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill assessments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through technical communities and platforms
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies across multiple programming languages and frameworks
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CTS, CSP)
