Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, cloud, and software engineering roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech platforms
- Conduct technical screening interviews with deep-dive assessments of coding skills and system design
- Manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver talent pipeline insights
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS optimization and market trend analysis
- Drive diversity initiatives to build inclusive engineering teams
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality scores
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placements in cloud/AI roles
- Expertise in technical interview frameworks (LeetCode system design, behavioral modeling)
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise ATS platforms
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SPC designation preferred
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Portfolio of successful placements in Chicago's tech ecosystem
