Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent using Boolean search, social networking, and professional communities.
- Manage relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing within the United States.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development, engineering, or IT roles.
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, React, .NET) and the ability to evaluate technical competency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
