Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for technical roles including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet client demands.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Manage the entire placement process, from contract negotiation to onboarding.
- Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities in the DC area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume or niche technical positions.
- Strong understanding of the Washington, DC government contracting and IT landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
