Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent requirements and success metrics.
- Build a robust talent pipeline and maintain a strong presence in the local SF tech community.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Deep understanding of the San Francisco tech market and the ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
