Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Managers.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social networking to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key accounts to ensure rapid fill times.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage client relationships, providing market insights and regular status updates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing Agency environments.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a reasonable timeframe.
- Strong knowledge of the San Antonio technology market and local competitors.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate offers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
