- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate competency alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with 25+ key tech companies in the Omaha metro area
- Optimize applicant tracking systems to improve conversion rates by 30%
- Lead employer branding initiatives for technical talent acquisition campaigns
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive compensation recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expert knowledge of .NET, Java, AWS, and cloud technologies
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
