Responsibilities
- Architect and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand technical roles (AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity)
- Leverage Boolean sourcing, GitHub analytics, and niche communities to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with CTOs to define talent blueprints and market compensation benchmarks
- Lead recruitment technology implementations including ATS optimization and AI sourcing tools
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal 20+ candidate pipeline
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic workforce planning recommendations
- Develop DEI initiatives to expand tech talent accessibility in Ohio's ecosystem
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech/AI focus
- Proven track record placing senior-level engineers (Director+ level)
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Kubernetes, Cloud Architecture)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 50+ successful technical placements
- Ohio network connections with local tech meetups and universities
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
