- Full-cycle recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Technical screening and candidate evaluation for complex engineering roles
- Client relationship management with top NYC tech companies
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for competitive tech talent markets
- Lead recruitment process optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive team performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven track record placing senior-level engineering roles
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding across cloud, AI, and web3 domains
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven recruitment approach with KPI experience
- Staffing agency background highly preferred
- BS/BA in HR, Business, or related field
