Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop deep understanding of client's technical requirements and company culture
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment between candidate profiles and role expectations
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with emphasis in IT/tech sector
- Proven track record of placing specialized technical roles in Nashville market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition tools
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
