Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Execute advanced technical sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to identify passive candidates for Engineering, DevOps, and IT roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid fill rates for our client needs.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, company culture, and job specifications.
- ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job roles (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SQL).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
