Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with Houston's tech startups and enterprises
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to improve time-to-fill metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise clients
- Expert knowledge of Houston's tech talent landscape and salary benchmarks
- Proficiency in technical assessments for full-stack, DevOps, and data roles
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS systems
- Strong network of Houston-based technical professionals
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of closing 80%+ of submitted candidates
