Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and culture fit.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay current on salary benchmarks, trends, and competitive landscapes within the technology sector.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical screens, coordinate panel interviews, and provide feedback to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage contracts, ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the Technology or Staffing industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, QA).
- ATS Proficiency: Must be proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and hiring targets.
