Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for specialized technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.) using various channels.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from initial contact and interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline within the Denver and Colorado market.
- Consulting with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, company culture, and hiring timelines.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborating with marketing to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction strategies.
- Driving revenue growth through successful placements and retention rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Denver, CO job market and the technology sector.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
