Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level software engineering roles across AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub talent mapping
- Conduct technical screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessment criteria
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive salary benchmarks and offer recommendations
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to our agency's continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates at companies like Google, Meta, or unicorns
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles and programming languages
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ATS certification (CPC or CSP) preferred
