Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers across Python, Java, and cloud technologies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with 20+ high-growth tech clients in Manhattan
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define technical requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain 95% placement rate through rigorous candidate vetting and cultural alignment
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS/FinTech clients
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Proven track record of placing senior-level engineers at scale
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and hiring trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
