Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment for roles including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Data Scientists
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean searches) to identify passive candidates
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews with precision
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment workflows in Greenhouse/ATS systems
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with tech community leaders
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven placements in software engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes) and hiring processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level candidates
- Track record of building diverse talent pipelines and reducing time-to-hire
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
