Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud engineering
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with South Florida tech companies
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnel efficiency
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including employer branding campaigns
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS while ensuring compliance
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or cybersecurity focus
- Proven track record of placing engineers in complex technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean/X-ray sourcing and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter tactics
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise ATS platforms
- Demonstrated success in diversity recruitment initiatives
