Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools efficiently
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record in placing IT professionals (developers, engineers, data scientists)
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville's tech landscape and talent pool
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
