Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub talent pools
- Manage client relationships and understand technical requirements for 15-20 active requisitions
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews using competency-based frameworks
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including tech talks, hackathons, and employer branding campaigns
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement data-driven recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with a staffing agency or tech company
- Deep understanding of tech stacks: Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, React, and cloud architecture
- Proven success in placing senior-level technical talent (mid-to-senior level roles)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Expertise in diversity recruitment initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
- Advanced proficiency in Lever, Greenhouse, or other enterprise ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with 85% offer acceptance rate
