Responsibilities
- Source and engage elite software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists across Dallas' thriving tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including technical screening, behavioral interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop strategic partnerships with CTOs and Engineering Directors at companies like Tesla, Amazon, and local unicorns
- Optimize recruitment funnels using cutting-edge tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billable targets of 15-20 placements monthly
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing engineers in Dallas/Austin markets
- Expertise in full-stack, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML talent acquisition
- Deep network within DFW tech communities (meetups, hackathons, university partnerships)
- Advanced ATS proficiency and data-driven recruitment metrics analysis
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
