Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and Fortune 500 clients
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems to identify talent
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to inform client recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing software engineers, data analysts, and cybersecurity professionals
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Baltimore's tech ecosystem and local talent pool
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
