Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ Atlanta-based tech clients
- Leverage Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through exceptional communication
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech clients
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, ML frameworks)
- Strong network of 500+ active technical professionals in Atlanta
- Certified in Technical Recruiting (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
