Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level software engineering roles
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and AI tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical interviews and assess cultural fit for agile teams
- Negotiate competitive offers and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of developer ecosystems (languages, frameworks, cloud platforms)
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical interviewing skills for backend/frontend/full-stack positions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- ATS certification or equivalent professional development preferred
- Experience scaling recruitment processes for high-growth companies
