Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across engineering, product, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from pipeline development to offer negotiation
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers at portfolio companies
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and AI tools
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct market research to identify compensation trends and competitive intelligence
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team-wide process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates at VC-backed startups and FAANG companies
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and modern sourcing methodologies
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, React, AWS, ML/AI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
