Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successful placements in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Arizona.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
