Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent and contract roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and culture fit.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track recruitment metrics and adjust sourcing strategies to consistently meet and exceed company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or a staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling open positions within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
