Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for various industries, including IT, Engineering, and Healthcare.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media engagement.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving workforce needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative staffing solutions and retain client accounts.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time positions in a high-volume agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
