Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify passive candidates for open positions.
- Talent Screening: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs and provide market intelligence.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure The Beacon Group remains a market leader.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically within the staffing or agency sector.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced Boolean search strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Location: Must reside in or near Boston, MA, with a reliable commute or ability to work on-site.
- Network: Strong existing network of industry contacts in the Greater Boston area.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours/week) that aligns with business needs.
