Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for full-time technical and administrative positions.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external clients.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and optimize for SEO.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve conversion rates and time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in placing full-time candidates in the Charlotte market.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment best practices in North Carolina.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
