Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing high-volume and specialized positions.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit for open roles.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy, ensuring metrics and reporting are up-to-date.
- Conduct market research to analyze salary trends and competitor activities in the NYC staffing landscape.
- Onboard new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within a staffing agency or staffing services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level roles in the New York market.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and employment practices in New York State.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
