Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for full-time positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through strategic networking and market mapping.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Manage relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted consultant for their workforce needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding in the Nashville market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency management.
- Deep understanding of recruitment methodologies, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the Nashville area.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
