Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key hiring managers and external clients.
- Negotiate compensation packages and close offers efficiently to ensure high placement rates.
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume requisitions within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
