Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across various industries in the Las Vegas market.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successful placements and meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
