Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various industries.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract passive talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in the United States.
