Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in specialized industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business needs and talent requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring performance.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in long-term, full-time roles.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
