- Execute full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract roles across diverse industries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of direct staffing or recruitment experience in Cleveland market
- Proven track record of closing high-volume placements in technical or specialized roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
