Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and maintain deep talent pipelines using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Execute data-driven recruitment strategies using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manage client relationships through weekly business reviews and performance analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and compliance standards
- Implement innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill technical and executive roles
- Contribute to business development through candidate referrals and market insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with technical or healthcare staffing
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs: 15+ placements/month, 90% client satisfaction
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM systems
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with recruitment metrics reporting experience
- Exceptional communication with executive-level stakeholders
- Nevada staffing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
