Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for high-volume and specialized roles
- Forge strategic partnerships with 50+ Memphis-area businesses to understand staffing needs
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Manage candidate pipeline using Bullhorn ATS and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Drive employer branding initiatives across digital and community platforms
- Implement diversity and inclusion programs in recruitment processes
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with 2+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven success placing candidates in Memphis's key industries
- Expert-level proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Tennessee labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients
