Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment management including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ client companies to understand talent needs and market trends
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry-specific job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes and provide post-placement support to ensure retention success
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes to achieve 90%+ placement success rate
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles (software engineering, data science) and healthcare positions
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of Oakland's labor market dynamics and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CPRS) or SHRM-SCP preferred
